Service Policy

Cancellation Policy:

We acknowledge that there may be occasions when you need to alter or reschedule your appointment. This reserved timeframe has been exclusively dedicated to your needs. In the event that you are unable to keep your appointment, we kindly request a 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid incurring a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

Last-minute cancellations within less than a 24-hour notice period are challenging for us to fill, which is why we have established this policy. By providing late notice, you hinder the opportunity for other clients to occupy that specific time slot.

No-Show Policy:

We place the utmost importance on respecting your time, and we kindly request the same consideration in return. Our team members rely on the earnings from these services to sustain themselves and their families. If you have a scheduled appointment and fail to attend, you will be designated as a no-show in our system.

It's important to be aware that a 100% fee will be charged in such cases, as we won't be able to allocate that missed appointment to another client. After accumulating 3 no-show instances, you will no longer have the option to pre-book appointments in advance.

Late Arrival Policy:

We fully understand that unexpected situations can arise. In the event that you anticipate being delayed for your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us in advance. We diligently allocate the appropriate amount of time for each service, and accommodating late arrivals can sometimes be challenging without causing disruptions to other guests who have appointments scheduled on the same day.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the completion of your entire scheduled service if you arrive late. We will determine which portion of the service can be accommodated, but you will be billed for the full scheduled service.

In certain instances, lateness may necessitate rescheduling your appointment for another day. In such cases, a rescheduling fee of 30% will be applied, and payment of this fee is required before we can arrange your next appointment.

Refund Policy:

Our dedicated team takes immense pride in delivering outstanding service and top-notch customer care. Please be aware that we do not provide refunds for salon services. However, if you have any questions or concerns regarding the service you've received at the salon, we kindly request that you inform the salon within two days of your appointment.

In the event that you are dissatisfied with the results, we ask that you return to the salon for a visual inspection. During this visit, we will go to great lengths to address any issues and make necessary adjustments to your satisfaction. These adjustments will be provided at no cost to you if they are a result of an error made by the stylist during the initial service.
